Areas of responsibility:

              • list-info-icon You will develop strategies in cooperation with the Account Executives to define approaches and convince customers
              • list-info-icon Together with the sales management and the marketing department, you coordinate measures for the continuous development of sales documents, campaigns, etc.
              • list-info-icon You will be responsible for the operational management of issues and customer requirements relating to data protection, the drafting of contracts and coordination on specific issues with the customer’s specialist departments (IT, legal, works council, data protection, etc.).
              • list-info-icon You are the central contact person and interface during the sales process between the customer and the product department to clarify technical requirements or to control technical POCs
              • list-info-icon You are responsible for tendering processes for large customer orders
              • list-info-icon You are the interface between the sales team and product development to share market understanding and internal solutions
              • list-info-icon You will work closely with the post sales Customer Success team to generate a long lasting customer relationship
              • list-info-icon You assist at trade fairs, user conferences, webinars etc.
