- list-info-icon Plan, manage and execute onboarding projects for the cloud platform with our national and international customers
- list-info-icon Providing technical and business expertise to solve customers’ cash management needs on the platform
- list-info-icon Work with customers to understand and document business and product requirements
- list-info-icon Manage the implementation of product requirements in close coordination with product development teams as needed
- list-info-icon Customer care and training
- list-info-icon Analyze and solve customer problems with the platform

Desired profile:

- list-info-icon Successful university education, preferably in a relevant field of study
- list-info-icon Several years of experience in a relevant field
- list-info-icon Experience in one of the following areas: banking, payment transactions, treasury management or a related area (ideally in consulting)
- list-info-icon Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written; other languages would be an advantage
- list-info-icon Strong drive, resilience and passion for excellence
- list-info-icon Strong communication skills
